We're looking for charismatic, outgoing hustlers with massive spheres of influence who are natural-born relationship builders and lead-generating machines. You must be able to source your own leads. If that's not your style, this ain't the gig for you. But if you have a vast network, unstoppable drive, and a coachable mindset, you'll crush it with us.

• Source your own leads.
• Make 15 calls per day – if that isn't enough, be ready to dial 30, 40, or even 100 calls.
• Attend open houses: 5 per weekend initially; increase to 10, 25, or 50 as performance allows.
• Work beyond banking hours – nights and weekends with support 7 days a week.
• Close loans with the support and experience of our crew.
