- Developing and qualifying leads within the assigned territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold‑calling, partner‑selling, lead‑generation campaigns, and modern social selling techniques.
- Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
- Retaining, managing and growing the existing customer base.
- Educating and exciting customers while leveraging innovative business solutions.
- Building relationships with key decision makers.
- Presenting and creating multi‑product solution opportunities.
- Understanding and selling groundbreaking integrated software solutions, including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platforms.
- Tracking and reporting progress through sales force automation tools.
- Driving sales, increasing service revenue, and managing relationships for accounts in the 1–19 Employee Segment.
Self‑motivated and proactive, with the ability to craft the right solution for clients’ problems, explain complex technology in plain language, enjoy cold‑calling, win deals, act with integrity, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll need to have- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Four or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in outside sales, prospecting, and negotiation.
- Willingness to work in a mobile working model with travel up to approximately 50% of the time.
- Valid driver’s license.
- A degree—Associate or Bachelor’s—and/or related certifications or college courses.
- Two or more years of B2B or outside sales experience, including business acquisition and prospecting/cold‑calling.
- Technology sales and educational experience (SaaS, CRM, Sales Force, client‑management tools, social media).
- Strong presentation skills in face‑to‑face and virtual environments.
- Experience building and maintaining strong business relationships with all levels of client organizations.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, self‑directed, entrepreneurial environment.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks to accomplish goals.
- Ability to implement feedback and tailor your approach for success.
This hybrid role includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, as set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
