Commission-Based Sales Consultant

You identify garage owners and service centers, get them on a demo call, and close the deal. That’s the job. Everything else—training, lead lists, demo support, marketing materials— we handle.

Prospect and reach out to auto repair shops, service centers, and dealerships
Schedule and run discovery calls (we’ll join for the product demo)
Send proposals and follow up until the deal closes
Manage onboarding handoff to the SAFO team post-close
Track pipeline in CRM and report weekly on deal progress
Build long‑term relationships for upsells and referrals

First‑to‑Contact Rule:
The first consultant to make contact with a prospect owns that lead. No internal competition, no drama.

Commission Structure

Based on an average plan value of AED 7,000 / year (mix of Essential AED 4,000, Professional AED 5,000, Advanced AED 15,000). Close higher‑tier plans and these numbers jump significantly.
