Role Summary
As a Branch Office Administrator (BOA), you will team up with financial advisors to provide seamless administrative support, facilitating client accounts, communication, and a positive client experience.
Support and Development- Comprehensive 6‑month training with a dedicated mentor.
- Access to a support network spanning your branch, region, and home office.
- Opportunity to work largely independently while backed by a large team.
- Deliver exceptional personalized service to ensure clients feel understood and informed.
- Take an active role in the annual business planning process to assist in developing strategies for the upcoming year.
- Actively listen for situations in clients’ lives that may indicate a need for additional services.
- Drive marketing activities such as planning and executing events.
- Client Service: Provide exceptional service via inbound and outbound calls, email, and in‑person interactions. Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with clients, referral sources, and internal support team members.
- Account Management: Learn the financial services industry and handle account openings, transfers, and other requests under the direction of the financial advisor. Process transactions, prepare documentation, and maintain accurate client records.
- Administrative & Operational Support: Work independently to schedule appointments, prepare client meeting materials, manage correspondence, support marketing initiatives, update SOPs, and execute the branch business plan.
- Technology: Demonstrate strong computer literacy and a willingness to learn new technology such as Money Guide, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and other firm‑provided software.
