Description
Solution reach is hiring an Account Executive to identify and target SMB prospective customers through phone contact, email, and other means to creatively build rapport and maintain a healthy sales pipeline. The role is based in Lehi, Utah as a hybrid position for employees living within 50 miles of the office or a remote position for those living more than 50 miles away.

Responsibilities- Run and manage a full‑cycle sales process, including brand awareness, lead generation, product demos, follow‑up, and closing sales.
- Conduct demos set by Sales Development Representatives.
- Document all pre‑sale to post‑sale information in Salesforce, capturing buying trends and patterns.
- Consistently exceed weekly expectations of finding 5 new opportunities and making 160 prospecting dials.
- Meet and surpass monthly sales goals and expectations.
- Demonstrate expertise in Solution reach’s capabilities within the healthcare space to prospects.
- Communicate clearly with both internal and external stakeholders.
- 1 year SaaS sales experience required, 2+ years preferred.
- Proven track record of success in high‑performance sales.
- Self‑starter with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Experience in solution selling.
- Ability to interact well with external and internal customers.
- Team player mentality, adaptability, and a positive mindset.
