Account Executive - Home Care & Hospice Sales

Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as an Account Executive in Home Care & Hospice Sales. Account executives serve as a direct link between the company and its clients. They may work in a sales capacity, securing new business and maintaining customer relationships, or inherit an account after the initial sale has been made, providing ongoing support and serving as a primary point of contact.

Shift: Multiple shifts available, including full-time (40 hours/week) and day shift. Remote work may be available in a number of states (Alabama, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin, Wyoming).

• Secure new referral opportunities by engaging with hospitals, physician practices, and long-term care facilities.
• Maintain existing relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing support and addressing client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure new business and deliver high-quality service.

• Bachelor's Level Degree (Required); alternatively, 6 years of sales experience.

• No specific certification or licensure requirements.

• 3 years of sales experience (Required).
• 3 years of customer service experience (Required).
• Experience working in sales for a health care company (Preferred).
