• Compensation: USD 60,000 - USD 120,000 per year
• Location:
  
  Must reside in or commute to Westchester NY & Western CT (Fairfield and Litchfield County) with local travel at least 2‑3 days a week; non‑field days from home. Valid driver's license required.
• Work model:
  Hybrid – on‑site as needed, remote on non‑field days.

• Identify and nurture leads using digital tools, marketing campaigns, and CRM systems.
• Support the sales cycle by presenting Quadient solutions to key decision‑makers.
• Engage with C‑Suite leaders and influencers to understand business needs.
• Deliver clear communication to internal partners and external clients.
• Collaborate across departments to support strong customer experiences.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, or CRM tools (or willingness to learn).
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent real‑world experience.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• $60,000 base salary plus uncapped commissions.
• Monthly car allowance ($200 – $240).
• One‑time remote work stipend ($600).
