Sales Development Representative; Sales Academy

Our Sales Academy is a four‑month program designed for motivated and competitive individuals to advance in an inside sales career. Successful completion results in promotion to a direct sales position.

Sales Development Representatives will engage new and existing customers over the phone through cold calling and proactive prospecting.

• Hunter mentality: Driven to seek out and secure new business opportunities through cold calling and proactive outreach, motivated to exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Communication skills: Confident and clear when presenting solutions.
• Education: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Technology: Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and strong aptitude to learn new systems.
• Work/life balance: Adhere to a Monday through Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm CST, 40‑hour workweek, with no nights or weekends.
• Remote or in‑office: Can work from home or on‑site at our Corporate Campus in Neenah, WI.
• Private work environment: Must maintain a distraction‑free, private workspace.
• Camera‑on culture: Meetings use MS Teams for video communication.

• Earnings: $54,000‑$55,000 first year, $55,000‑$70,000 post‑Academy (starting at $23.50 per hour base pay + monthly performance incentive).
• Work/life balance: Structured 40‑hour work week, Monday‑Friday 8:00 am–4:30 pm CST.
