Inside Sales Specialist - Digital Industries

We are looking for an Inside Sales Specialist to be hired with a permanent contract in Milan.

Your daily work includes:
Work closely with B2B customers to provide innovative, environmentally friendly solutions through digital channels, contributing to customer happiness and achieving annual sales growth.
Direct customer interaction, including consultancy on products, systems, solutions, and services for customers in Italy with a technology‑enabled selling approach.
Analyze market conditions and build a partner network using digital communication tools such as Outlook, video conferencing, chat, and e‑mail.
Develop new customers and generate additional revenue by identifying relevant partners and decision makers.
Collaborate and work out proposals with the support of back‑office teams, product experts, and sales country management.
You are the right candidate for this position if the following description fits you:

You have a passion for technology, products, and services within industrial automation and digitalization, understanding their value and the ability to help customers get the most out of our portfolio (e.g., PLC, TIA Portal, Industrial Edge).
Your reliable and proactive way of working and consulting competence allows you to represent yourself at eye level with customers and handle tough situations confidently.
Excellent listening skills, an outspoken and open communication style, and the ability to convert excitement over phone or video calls.
A passion for never‑stop growing.
A respect for and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness and a willingness to co‑create and share knowledge.
