Role Overview :
As a Freelance Beauty and Skincare Consultant, you will be the face of our brand, sharing the benefits of our products with consumers and businesses alike.

Your role will involve:

B2C (Business to Consumer) :
Engaging with customers, providing personalized skincare advice, and recommending products that meet their unique needs.

B2B (Business to Business) :
Building and maintaining relationships with retailers, spas, and beauty salons, introducing them to our product line, and supporting their sales efforts.

Strong Business Acumen :
Utilizing your business knowledge to identify market trends, drive sales, and contribute to the overall growth strategy of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct product demonstrations and skincare consultations.

Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

Organize and participate in promotional events, both online and offline.

Stay updated with the latest trends and innovations in the beauty industry.

Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to help shape future offerings.

Top Qualities We Are Looking For:

Exceptional Communication Skills :
Ability to connect with customers and clients, both in person and virtually.

Passionate About Skincare :
Passionate and enthusiasm about personal care, beauty and skincare. If you are familiar with Kbeauty skincare a plus!

Sales Experience :
You don’t need a proven track record in B2C and B2B sales. All we need from you is work ethic, passionate about personal success, team work, ability to communicate verbally effectively, and accountable to your performance.

Entrepreneurial Spirit :
Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently and able to mentor, train and working with team members improving their performance.

Strong Business Acumen :
Understanding of market dynamics and the ability to drive business growth.
