Position: Hybrid Sales Executive: Inbound Leads + Uncapped Commission

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales Executive, with the primary location in Woodlands and the flexibility to occasionally work from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include reaching out to INBOUND leads, presentation of our showroom, negotiation and closing of deals with project manager support after target reached.

The role will involve creating and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and maintaining client satisfaction to drive business growth.

How we help you succeed

You will be given highly qualified leads and one-to-one training with senior sales/designer will be provided with highly supported ramp up probation period.

Uncapped commission as long as you come with good and hard working attitude.

Someone with  and/or design experience and/or sales experience is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability in Sales, Business Development, and Account Management
  • Proficiency in Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Building
  • Strategic Thinking, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
