You will lead high-volume pipeline management, conduct virtual product demonstrations, and assist merchants in navigating their digital solutions. Key Responsibilities:
• Perform cold outreach to identify new merchant opportunities
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, securing signed contracts
• Conduct engaging product demos and tailored presentations
• Address any technical and operational issues proactively
• Collaborate with teams to ensure merchant satisfaction
Requirements:
• 3+ years in a closing role, ideally in sales
• Experience in outbound prospecting and lead discovery
• Familiarity with SaaS and restaurant technology preferred
• Proficient in Salesforce and Zoom productivity tools
• Ability to handle complex negotiations successfully
