Junior International Account Manager – Thales Cryogenics NL
Responsibilities
Creating value for the customers and for ourselves as profit is not a dirty word.
Build Order Intake by approaching prospects and growing the business with existing customers and actively manage your pipeline which is used to forecast our resource planning.
Build client intimacy, identify opportunities and introduce the experts.
Develop and foster cooperation with the whole internal organization and with the Business Line to facilitate win‑win approach and develop our business.
Manage the bids, present internally the opportunity and winning sales strategy in gate sessions and pitch to clients.
Successfully negotiate the terms of an agreement and close the deal in line with expectations and mandates from the approval gates.
Be part of the Sales Team in building a Sales Strategy and Plan.
Actively participate in further building our Sales Team.
Act as the voice of the customer.
Qualifications
You are a driven Sales professional who always strives to obtain success in your endeavours. You walk your talk and commit to get things done. You understand that we are in the business to make money. You have the interest and ability to build the required affinity and understanding of Cryogenic coolers to have meaningful conversations with prospects and customers, identify client needs and co‑create the solution with the experts.
You understand the processes and procedures that are used to offer our coolers. We are there for a long‑term trustworthy customer relationship so you are able to build this customer relationships from cradle to grave and act as his/her partner. You are an enthusiastic team player and are capable in managing self and we can hold you accountable for agreed objectives.
You are able to build valuable internal relationships to the benefit of our business and development. You do not hide away when things get rough. You can present the opportunity to win to the management to get your approvals and lead a compelling presentation of the proposal to the client.
