Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part‑Time Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, a knack for building relationships, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate sales leads through direct calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present our company product and services and keep current relationships fresh.
- Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential customers using provided marketing materials.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends.
- Identify contracts and bids that are relevant to our offering. Work with the bid department to generate competitive offerings.
- Stay informed about company products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to drive sales strategies and initiatives.
- Align new and existing customers with sales and marketing materials that fit their needs
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience or a strong desire to work in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Self‑motivated with a results‑driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- High school diploma required;
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
Part‑Time
Schedule:
- Approximately 20‑25 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule, but must be available to work some evenings and weekends as needed.
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly wage plus commission.
