For our Commercial team, we are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a network in the healthcare/mental-care world and a solid strategic thinking for our existing clients!
What will you do?
Communication, connection and negotiation: With your enthusiasm and persuasive communication you will maintain, expand, and develop existing relationships with decision-making stakeholders. On top, you identify high-risk customers and take proper action accordingly.
Strategic thinking:
You do not need to know all the bells and whistles of the product, but you understand the strategic added value of the product for your customers. You are constantly in contact with your customers to look for opportunities to enhance the strategic importance of the product for the customer.Up and cross-selling: With your commercial acumen and strategic view you are able to do the up and cross-sell!
Research on the market: while maintaining a short communication with different technical departments, you are able to see what it is trendy on the market and what it is important for your customers to have to add more value.
Responsible for administration of your customers: you make sure that we receive proper orders for everything that we do, that the invoicing is being done rightfully according to the orders etc. – with the support of IT and financial team, of course!
5+ years as Account Manager or in a similar position, within a SaaS B2B environment
Healthcare/mental care network and experience are a must for the role!
Experience in HR software would be an advantage whereas experience in WFM software would be even better.
You are ambitious and driven… with a great passion for sales and get your KPIs in check.
Proactive, talkative, and positive are adjectives that describe you very well!
Strong stakeholder management internal and external: you are able to easily create new relationships and you possess a great emotional intelligence
Able to create long-term strategies and have a helicopter view on the account management's yearly goals
Dutch native with a good grasp of the English language
