As an Inside Sales professional, you will engage new customers, manage outreach efforts, and analyze client needs to deliver MRR’s comprehensive solutions effectively. Your mission will be to maintain an organized pipeline while ensuring all sales activities are documented and followed up on diligently. Your proactive approach will help develop long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and qualify leads through targeted research
• Perform cold and warm outreach via phone and email
• Analyze client needs in consultative sales conversations
• Manage leads and opportunities with CRM tools
• Consistently meet sales quotas and targets
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of relevant sales experience
• Strong outbound prospecting skills
• Experience preferred in the oil & gas sector
• Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
