E-commerce Sales Representative; Remote Job Ukraine,Sales

We are hiring a Sales Representative for a leading US e-commerce retailer of professional massage, spa, and medical equipment, serving massage therapists, medical spa professionals, estheticians, doctors, chiropractors, physical therapists, small business owners, hospitals, schools, colleges, and municipal governments.

About the Role
We are looking for ambitious and customer-focused sales professionals to join a growing remote sales team. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to build trust with customers. You will manage relationships with both large and small customers while overseeing the entire sales process from first contact to closing. Most leads are warm inbound customers already interested in purchasing products through the company’s marketing channels.

The company provides extensive onboarding and training covering products, customers, systems, and sales processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales work consisting principally of closing warm inbound leads from our storefront (70%);
Customer service and sales projects (15%);
Miscellaneous marketing projects (15%).

To do this job well, you will need to be able to:

Build rapport and trust with all customers by asking appropriate discovery questions and interacting with them in a charismatic, energetic manner
Employ sales best practices to follow up and close leads
Exercise a high degree of proactivity, initiative, and self-directed learning in mastering the knowledge of our products
Have exceptional attention to detail in drafting quotes and sending written communication to customers
Master and apply our sales Standard Operating Procedures
Achieve revenue targets with inbound lead follow-up, outbound calls and emails to past customers, and, if needed, outbound cold calls and emails
Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Work independently and proactively to perform your job duties
Be flexible with the needs of the business, including rearranging the priority of your job functions week-to-week as needed
Sell to our customers by consulting with and educating them

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred Experience
We are open to candidates with different levels of experience, including:

High-potential graduates interested in sales
Candidates with experience as a sales representative or account executive, during which you quoted and closed customers online or over the phone daily

Working Hours / Logistics
This role is fully remote / work from home. Our business hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm US CST. Your work schedule will require you to work the entirety of those hours, with the exception of a 1-hour lunch break.
Please note the unique time of the work schedule, corresponding to United States hours.
The role would be an especially good logistical fit if you prefer to work from home and work evenings.
Compensation
Total compensation (base salary + commission) ranges from approximately:

$700-$1,100/month for entry-level candidates
$1,000-$1,500/month for candidates with previous sales experience
$1,800-$2,500/month for experienced sales professionals
