About the Role:

As the Lead Follow-Up Specialist at The Exercise Coach, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential clients and guiding them on their fitness journey. Join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming lives through personalized exercise coaching in a supportive environment at three exercise studio locations:
Pearland, Friendswood and League City.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with leads through phone calls, texts, emails, and follow-up messages to nurture relationships.
• Track and manage lead interactions using CRM software to ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the coaching team to understand client needs and tailor communication strategies.
• Schedule free initial consultations for potential clients to experience The Exercise Coach program.
• Develop and implement follow-up strategies to convert leads into loyal clients.
• Monitor lead conversion metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
• Maintain an upbeat and positive demeanor to inspire and motivate potential clients.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead generation roles.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship building.
• Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
