** Territory Sales Representative (Washington)**

Base Salary: $90,000 + Bonus (OTE: $95,000–$112,500) + Company Vehicle

** Location:
Remote (Washington State) with regular travel to Mukilteo and Ferndale, WA offices**

** Travel:
Up to 50%**

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will drive growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting service solutions along with refrigeration, HVAC, and ice cream equipment sales.**

** This role offers the flexibility of remote work, balanced with in-person customer engagement and occasional visits to company locations.**

Key Responsibilities

• ** Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing**
• ** Develop and grow a defined territory through new business acquisition**
• ** Identify opportunities to sell refrigeration, HVAC and ice cream equipment**
• ** Build and maintain customer relationships through in-person visits, calls, and email**
• ** Recommend preventative maintenance and service solutions tailored to customer needs**
• ** Travel throughout the assigned territory efficiently (limited overnight travel)**

Qualifications

• ** Proven success in outside or service-based sales**
• ** Industry experience in food service, HVAC, refrigeration, or related field preferred**
• ** Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills**
• ** Self-motivated, results-driven, and team-oriented**
• ** Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel**
• ** Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record**
• ** Ability to pass background checks and drug screening**
• ** Applicants must be at least 18 years old**
