German speaking sales assistant

For one of our clients in the Zaventem area, active in technology, we're looking for a full-time German speaking sales assistant (M/F/X).

It is an interim assignment with the option of a long term contract after the interim period.

• Keeping track of product prices & conditions in the system
• Working closely with the account managers
• Communicating any changes
• Handling contracts
• Following up on yearly indexations & renewals of contracts
• Preparing sales orders in the software system
• Making sure internal cooperations between different departments goes smoothly
• Following-up on deliveries and communicating about delays
• Following-up on billing
• Making sure all client details in the system are up-to-date

• You have a bachelor's degree or pertinent working experience
• You are fluent in German, English and French.
• Experience in sales support or order administration is a plus
• You work in a structured way
• You are meticulous
• You communicate well (mosty written)
