As a Field Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Booksy in the Miami/Hialeah region, forging strong connections within the beauty industry and championing Booksy adoption among small‑business owners.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Expand Booksy’s presence:
Grow the footprint in South Florida, empowering small businesses with our innovative solutions. - Build relationships:
Use face‑to‑face interactions to establish lasting connections and share impactful business solutions. - Drive growth:
Manage a pipeline of potential clients, utilizing cold calls, walk‑ins, and social‑media outreach to expand your book of business. - Educate and enable:
Attend industry events, conduct engaging demos, and thoroughly explain our app’s features to ensure clients’ long‑term success.
Salary: $50,000–65,000 base + uncapped commission.
Essentially, to succeed you’ll need:
- Prior field‑sales experience (2‑4 years preferred).
- Location:
Must be based in the Miami area and have access to a vehicle for client visits. - Results‑driven attitude with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Fluency in Spanish is required.
It will also help you to have:
- Experience in the beauty industry (preferred).
- Experience selling technology/SaaS products to small‑business clients.
- Proficiency with Salesforce to organize sales processes and manage pipelines.
