We are seeking a dynamic Online Sales Specialist to drive growth in our digital customer base. This role is pivotal in identifying prospects, boosting online sales, and building strong customer relationships through digital platforms.
Job Description- Identify and engage new online customers across assigned digital platforms.
- Drive sales through marketplaces and other digital touchpoints.
- Manage the online sales pipeline and follow up on leads effectively.
- Support customers in placing orders and navigating online platforms.
- Provide clear guidance on products, promotions, and purchasing processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
- Monitor customer trends and competitor activities in online channels.
- Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and performance metrics.
- Leverage digital tools to enhance sales effectiveness and customer experience.
- Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics, or Mechatronics preferred).
- 3-4 years of relevant business experience in industrial automation distribution.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools (SAP C4C, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (SAP BI, Micro Strategy, Spotfire, Analysis for Excel).
- Ability to collaborate across functions and derive action plans from KPIs.
- Skilled in dashboard development and conducting review meetings.
