Role Overview
The Client is looking for Sales and Business Development Partners to support client acquisition in the Singapore market.
This is a remote, freelance, commission-based role suitable for individuals with experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, lead qualification, consultative selling, value-based selling, and professional stakeholder communication.
The role involves identifying suitable B2B companies, qualifying prospects, explaining the value of Linked In Business Page credibility, and helping move serious clients toward final-stage discussion and closure.
This role may also be suitable for candidates with experience as a Business Development Executive, B2B Sales Consultant, Freelance Sales Partner, Client Acquisition Specialist, Sales Consultant, Partnerships Executive, Marketing Services Sales Executive, or Professional Services Sales Representative.

The service focus is not basic social media posting, design-only support, outbound lead generation, paid advertising, or guaranteed verification. The focus is on professional Linked In Business Page credibility, positioning, visibility, and long-term business presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify suitable B2B prospects in Singapore
- Research companies before outreach
- Review whether prospects have weak, inactive, incomplete, or under-optimised Linked In Business Pages
- Explain the Client’s services clearly and professionally
- Position the value of Linked In credibility, visibility, searchability, and business page optimisation
- Qualify prospects based on business need, client fit, budget readiness, and decision-maker access
- Manage early-stage B2B sales conversations professionally
- Communicate service scope, client responsibilities, and platform-related requirements clearly
- Move qualified prospects toward final-stage discussion
- Escalate serious and qualified prospects for closure
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, client acquisition, or lead qualification
- Ability to communicate professionally with business owners, founders, directors, marketing teams, and decision-makers
- Experience selling professional services, marketing services, digital services, business services, or consulting-related solutions
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and value-based selling
- Ability to explain business credibility, positioning, and Linked In visibility clearly
- Strong communication, prospecting, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote freelance arrangement
- Comfortable with a commission-based compensation model
