As a Senior Account Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of services to clients by creating and implementing customized service plans. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, negotiate coverage, manage proposals and renewals, and engage in strategic planning for clients.

• 5+ years of insurance experience in applicable products and lines, various funding mechanisms, and employee benefit techniques
• Negotiating contracts, leading renewal meetings, and presenting at open enrollment meetings
• Self‑starter with strong organization, problem solving, and time‑management skills to meet deadlines
• Creating detailed analyses and presentations for prospect or client meetings
• Reviewing the accuracy of others’ work on projects or tasks
• Strong proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and navigating agency management systems
• Strong financial acumen and ability to interpret complex self‑funded policies
• Guiding others on a fast‑paced, high‑energy team while maintaining a positive attitude

• Life & Health license preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
• BS/BA in Business, Insurance, or related field
• GBA, CEBS, VBS, or other professional insurance designation related to Benefits
• Experience with Applied Epic or similar agency management system
• Availability to travel for client meetings as needed
