In-Home Sales & Tech Support (Part-Time)

In-home sales and technical support role requiring daily travel to customer residences—remote work not permitted. Pay: $23.00 hourly plus mileage reimbursement, phone stipend, and uncapped sales commission. Part‑time schedule: 5 evenings per week, 4:05pm to 9:00pm.

This is an entry‑level position ideal for someone starting their career who enjoys talking to people and wants hands‑on sales experience.

• Serve: Meet customers in the home (or office) and provide exceptional customer service. Asurion will pre‑schedule interactions so you can effectively meet and surpass your sales targets.
• Solve: Troubleshoot and resolve customers’ tech issues, provide understandable solutions, and ensure customers leave with a resolution that works.
• Sell: Leverage Asurion’s products to offer tailored solutions, listen actively to identify needs, and position products uniquely to meet those needs.

• Comfortable working in a sales environment with set targets.
• A valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proof of valid car insurance (excluding Manhattan).
• A personal vehicle (excluding motorcycles).
• Availability to travel up to 120 miles one‑way, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• A personal cellphone to stay connected while on the job.
• Comfortable working around household pets.
• Efficient, adaptable, goal‑oriented and persuasive communication skills.
• Open‑minded attitude with a passion for learning a wide range of skills.
• Outgoing personality who thrives in human interaction.

• Base hourly rate guaranteed for all hours worked, paid bi‑weekly.
• Uncapped commissions paid bi‑weekly.
• Mileage reimbursement (IRS guidelines) paid weekly.
• 35‑dollar phone stipend paid monthly.
• Three weeks paid training.
