Territory Manager Responsibilities

The Territory Manager will focus on new business acquisition in Decatur, engaging in prospecting, lead generation, and account management.

  • Prospecting new business with extensive B2B door‑to‑door cold calling.
  • Developing lead generation strategies and utilizing CRM to track activity.
  • Setting up and managing new accounts.
  • Maintaining and growing existing client relationships.
Qualifications
  • Preferred: 2+ years of freight sales experience.
  • Preferred:
    Bachelor’s degree (business, marketing, communication or related fields).
  • Active involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, polished professional appearance.
  • Team‑oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
