We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual Sales Support Assistant to serve as the operational backbone of our revenue pipeline. As CCYP scales its next-generation business products, this role will act as the vital bridge between our digital marketing initiatives and sales execution. You will provide end-to-end support across all facets of the sales cycle—from managing initial inquiries generated by our marketing campaigns to ensuring seamless final closings.

The Role
  • Pipeline & Lead Management: Monitor, organize, and track inbound leads generated by the digital marketing team. Ensure no prospect falls through the cracks from initial contact to final contract signing.
  • Sales Customer Support: Act as a dedicated, trusted point of contact for prospective SMB clients. Answer product questions, explain CCYP’s digital marketing and web/video service packages, and guide them through onboarding.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly within the digital marketing team to align marketing collateral, promotions, and AI-driven campaign insights with active sales conversations.
  • Deal Optimization & Closing Support: Assist account executives with drafting proposals, preparing contracts, and coordinating post-sale handoffs to the content and technical teams to ensure a flawless client experience.
Requirements
  • Bilingual Mastery: Mandatory fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin speaking, reading, and typing) is essential for effectively supporting and communicating with our North American Chinese business clientele.
  • Sales Operations or Support

    Experience:

    Prior experience in sales support, customer success, or account management—ideally working with SMEs or B2B services.
  • Tech & CRM Literacy: Proficiency with modern CRM tools, project management software, and communication platforms to keep pipelines organized and transparent.
  • AI & Digital Product Awareness: A strong comfort level with digital marketing concepts (web, video, SEO) and an openness to utilizing AI-assisted tools to streamline administrative workflows.
