• Sell auto insurance, homeowners insurance, and other personal lines products to AAA members via phone and online.
• Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective and existing members to promote insurance products.
• Provide personalized coverage recommendations and premium quotes based on member needs.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
• Participate in sales campaigns and promptly follow up on inbound referrals.

• Follow carrier-specific underwriting and quoting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with agency policies for quoting, binding coverage, and handling payments.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and Quality Assurance to reduce risk and ensure accuracy.
• Stay current on state insurance regulations, carrier guidelines, and industry best practices.

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with members and internal partners.
• Occasionally travel for training or team events (approximately 5%).
• Deliver AAA Five Diamond Service in every interaction.
• Cross-sell AAA memberships and other relevant AAA products and services.

• Quiet, dedicated home office space.

• Must be working out Rhode Island.

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree preferred.

• 2+ years of insurance sales experience required.
• Outbound or consultative phone sales experience strongly preferred.

• Active Personal Lines Insurance License required at time of hire.
• Ability to maintain license through required continuing education.
• Valid Life Insurance License preferred or willingness to obtain within 1 year.

Sign-on bonus terms:
