Job Context
We are expanding our sales organization and hiring for multiple Account Executive roles to drive Simpro Group's growth. As an Account Executive, you will develop and close large, complex sales opportunities with new strategic accounts, using a highly consultative and strategic approach.
What You’ll Do- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new enterprise clients, identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities, and build a strong pipeline of prospective clients and sales opportunities.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long‑term relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders, demonstrating a deep understanding of their business challenges and positioning Simpro Group as a strategic partner.
- Negotiation & Deal Closure: Lead high‑level negotiations, managing the contract process, including pricing, terms, and conditions, and secure long‑term agreements with high‑value clients.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, partner, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure alignment on customer needs, smooth onboarding, and exceptional post‑sale service.
- Product Knowledge & Solution Selling: Demonstrate deep understanding of Simpro Group products and services, customize solutions for large enterprises, and present complex solutions while negotiating terms effectively.
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce, provide regular forecasts and reports to leadership, and track progress toward revenue goals.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market demands to position Simpro Group’s products, identify new opportunities, and penetrate untapped segments.
- Drive new business by identifying, engaging, and closing high‑value sales opportunities through strategic outreach and networking.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand complex client needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Persuasive communication skills to articulate a compelling vision for the future state of the client's business.
- Employ storytelling techniques and leverage case studies to connect emotionally and demonstrate value.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and navigate complex organizational structures to influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Clari).
Typically has 5+ years of experience in sales, with a strong focus on strategic, consultative selling and closing high‑value deals. Proven track record of successfully closing large, complex deals with enterprise clients. Experience selling SaaS, technology solutions, or other B2B products/services is highly preferred.
EducationA Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
