• Design and sell home organizational systems (including custom closets, home offices & libraries, wall beds, entertainment centers, pantry & wine storage, craft rooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, garage storage, workbenches, and wall units).
• Meet with clients, present designs, price solutions, and close sales.
• Work from home with a flexible schedule after training; office visits occur for meetings as scheduled.
• Receive qualified leads from potential customers; no cold calling is required.
• Collaborate with the sales manager and company co-owners; be mentored to develop sales skills.
• Contribute to helping clients live better lives by designing solutions for their homes.
• Participate in paid training at the Orlando office during which marketing materials, sample materials, and technical tools are provided.

• Are you a "people person" who enjoys being creative and appreciating good design and aesthetics?
• Do you like being tidy and organized, and do you take pride in a well-organized space?
• Willingness to learn and grow in a sales role; no prior sales experience required.
• Ability to work independently, manage a flexible schedule, and collaborate with a team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
