The Role

We're looking for a strategic and successful Account Executive to join us in bringing our rapidly growing Marketing Automation Suite, Maven

AI, for multi‑family owners and operators to the multifamily space. Maven

AI is the industry’s leading source of daily, 100% automated, AI content generation for multifamily marketers. You'll have a direct impact on the expansion of our business and be recognized & rewarded for your success. We only hire the best, and you'll need to convince us that you're a top‑level performer. To succeed, you'll need to be comfortable in a hunting role, building your pipeline from the ground up.

Responsibilities
  • Full‑Cycle Sales Execution
    • End‑to‑End Ownership:
      Manage the entire sales journey, from initial account‑level strategy and prospecting to final closing.
    • Negotiation & Closing:
      Handle all aspects of formal proposals, pricing structures, and contract negotiations.
    • Onboarding & Conversion:
      Lead customers through the transition from prospect to active user, ensuring a smooth sales conversion process.
  • High‑Volume Outreach & Activity
    • Omnichannel Prospecting:
      Execute a high volume of outreach via email, phone, Zoom, and in‑person presentations to drive new business.
    • Relationship Management:
      Act as the primary point of contact and a trusted multifamily market expert for all new customers.
    • Field Presence:
      Represent the company at industry events and travel for face‑to‑face customer meetings as needed.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Internal Alignment:
      Work closely with the Sales Development (SDR) and Customer Success teams to ensure lead quality and long‑term retention.
    • Market Leadership:
      Serve as the subject‑matter expert on the multifamily industry to support internal strategy and enhance external credibility.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years in a SaaS sales executive role
  • Multifamily sales experience
  • Proven track record of success closing deals
  • Competitive or market intelligence product sales experience is a plus
  • Tech savvy (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, Zoominfo, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Disciplined, adaptable self‑starter
  • Strong networking and interpersonal skills
