Priority1, Inc. is a dynamic nationwide company that provides logistics and freight solutions. We are currently seeking a Territory Manager to drive business-to-business sales in the Dothan market.

Responsibilities
  • Prospecting new business, including B2B door-to-door cold calling.
  • Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity.
  • Selling and setting up new accounts.
  • Managing accounts that you sell.
Training and Development

New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, additional senior training, and management training. Training takes place in Little Rock, AR, led by the Executive Development Team. New Territory Managers join the Fast Start Program—three months of in-the-field training with Upper Management—after basic sales training.

Requirements
  • 2 years of freight sales experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication or any major with a passion for sales).
  • Involvement in campus activities, athletic backgrounds highly recommended.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Determined to be part of a winning team.
  • Burning desire to be successful.

  • Competitive base salary + uncapped commission.
