Territory Manager Position Overview
Priority1 seeks enthusiastic, polished, and hardworking candidates who want a career in sales. The Territory Manager role focuses on new business acquisition and offers a clear career path to Senior Territory Manager/Regional Sales Manager by selling to executive‑level decision makers.
Responsibilities- Prospecting new business (heavy B2B door‑to‑door cold calling)
- Developing lead generation and utilizing CRM to track activity
- Selling and setting up new accounts
- Managing accounts that are successfully sold
New hires receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with additional senior TM and management training opportunities. The Fast Start Program provides three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management immediately after basic sales training.
Qualifications- 2+ years of freight sales experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (business, marketing, communication, or any major that demonstrates a passion for sales)
- Active campus involvement (athletic backgrounds highly recommended)
- Enthusiastic, energetic, polished, and professional appearance and demeanor
- Determined to be part of a winning team and eager to succeed
- Competitive base salary + uncapped commission
