Job Overview:

As a Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, managing, and closing new business opportunities, while also building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will work directly with decision-makers at leading remote-first companies to understand their needs and position Remote Pass's platform as the ideal solution for managing remote teams. You will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base globally.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive new business acquisition by prospecting, qualifying leads, and executing full-cycle sales strategies from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  • Manage and grow key client accounts, ensuring that they are satisfied and continue to use Remote Pass for their global workforce needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with C-level executives, HR, and operational leaders to understand their business challenges and demonstrate how Remote Pass can add value
  • Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to the needs of prospective and current clients
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product, and customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes for clients
  • Meet and exceed quarterly sales quotas and contribute to overall company revenue goals
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions in CRM software and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings to better position Remote Pass in the marketplace
  • Contribute to the development of sales materials and participate in strategy meetings to refine the sales approach
Requirements

What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, HR Tech, or Fintech environment
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and closing deals with high-value clients
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key decision-makers
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive presentations and manage complex sales cycles
  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Fluent in English
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience working with remote-first companies or international clients
  • Knowledge of the HR, payroll, or talent management industry
  • Fluency in another language (preferably a European language or Arabic)
