Minimum Qualifications and

Essential Functions:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience.
  • Internet Speed - 200

    Mbps or faster with a direct connection to modem (Wi‑Fi Prohibited).
  • Other Equipment/Utility capabilities
    - Workstation space and nearby electrical outlet/s able to accommodate computer (laptop) and 2 independent monitors (computer equipment/monitors will be provided).
  • Must live in Texas.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Self‑motivator with a knack for working independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills, that help support the best customer solutions.
  • Physical Abilities:
    Work environment includes sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.
