Overview
Priority1, Inc. is a premier consulting and contract logistics company specializing in LTL, truckload, air freight, and warehouse services. We are seeking transportation professionals for business‑to‑business product/service sales in Pensacola. The Territory Manager role focuses on new business acquisition and offers a path to senior sales leadership.
Responsibilities- Prospect new business, including B2B door‑to‑door cold calling.
- Develop lead generation plans and utilize CRM to track activity.
- Sell and set up new accounts, managing the sales cycle from prospect to closing.
- Manage and grow the accounts you sell, maintaining strong client relationships.
New Territory Managers receive three weeks of corporate training within the first 24 months, with opportunities for additional senior TM and management training. Training occurs in Little Rock, AR, led by the Executive Development Team. The Fast‑Start Program includes three months of in‑the‑field training with upper management.
Requirements- 2 years of freight sales experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; majors in business, marketing, communication or related fields are acceptable if you have a passion for sales.
- Involvement in campus activities; athletic background highly recommended.
- Natural enthusiasm, professionalism, and a polished appearance.
- Determination to be part of a winning team and a strong desire to succeed.
