Job Details
This is a permanent remote position. Must be willing to work Central Standard Time (CST) but open to candidates located in Mountain Time (MT) or Eastern Time (EST). Travel to Headquarters (Lansdale, PA) during the first week of employment is required. Must have lighting/electrical industry experience to be considered.
Responsibilities- Analyze customer sales data to identify trends and opportunities with management.
- Initiate sales opportunities with both existing and new customers through outbound cold calling and inbound calls.
- Manage new price requests and maintain clean records of all customer information and pricing within the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system.
- Serve as liaison between sales agencies, distributors, and territory managers.
- Answer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely manner.
- Follow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with company policies.
- Check availability of orders and stock and communicate status to customers and internal stakeholders promptly.
- Cross‑reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to match Keystone products accurately, supporting customers and the sales team with equivalent solutions.
- Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Lighting industry experience and product knowledge required.
- 1‑2 years of sales experience in a similar inside sales role.
- Outstanding customer service skills with rapid responses, clear communication, and a strong drive to exceed expectations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Excel).
- Experience with CRM software, specifically Prophet 21, preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform in a time‑sensitive work environment.
- Comfortable with phone interaction and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
