Regional Sales Manager for Sales Region in Germany
Location: Germany (remote/home office possible)

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Sales Representative (m/f/d) based in Germany to manage and expand our German Sales Region (NRW / Niedersachsen / Sachsen-Anhalt / Berlin / Hamburg / Bremen / Meck.

- Manage and expand the existing customer base in the Sales region
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire new customers
- Build and maintain long‑term business relationships
- Conduct product presentations and provide technical consultations on‑site
- Participate in trade fairs, industry events, and customer training sessions
- Provide regular reporting to the Sales Management and maintain the CRM system
- Closely collaborate with our team in the German branch and the headquarters in Italy
- Residence in Germany (willingness to travel extensively within the Sales region)
- Professional experience in technical sales, ideally in industrial equipment or mechanical engineering
- Confident appearance with strong communication and negotiation skills
- Independent, structured, and customer‑oriented working style
- Good English skills;
Dutch or French language skills are a plus - Willingness to travel (approx. 50–70%)
