Entry Level Sales Representative

Overview

Home Genius Exteriors is one of the fastest-growing companies in the country, expanding from $3M to $200M in five years. We are seeking ambitious, entry‑level sales individuals to join our growing team in a dynamic environment.

• Develop and execute multiple marketing strategies
• Promote Home Genius products and services to new and existing clients
• Participate in training opportunities on a weekly basis
• Deliver interactive sales presentations of our products and services
• Not a remote position

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Highly developed interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to speak publicly with confidence
• Open‑mindedness with a passion for ongoing learning and self‑growth
• Ability to work Monday – Saturday: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm (5 of these 6 days)

• Hourly pay: $17.25 – $22.00 plus bonuses (average hourly pay with bonuses $25–$30)
• Base annual salary: $65,000 – $90,000
