Nucleus is currently hiring three Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) with a projected start date in April 2026
. These roles are ideal for individuals who enjoy outbound sales, relationship building, and being part of a mission-driven organization that is growing quickly.
As an SDR at Nucleus, you will play a key role in expanding our reach by connecting with schools, educators, and education programs that can benefit from our courses.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and other outreach methods to identify potential partners and customers.
- Booking and qualifying meetings for the sales team by identifying organizations that align with Nucleus’ mission.
- Managing inbound leads & clientele on our freemium subscriptions, as well as working with the Account Executives
- Maintaining accurate records of outreach and interactions in the company’s CRM system.
- Participating in weekly team meetings to review sales performance, strategy, and company goals.
- Contributing to company growth by helping expand Nucleus’ reach and increasing the number of students served.
- Outbound sales experience
, ideally in the Education market. - Experience with cold calling, email outreach, and lead generation
. - Familiarity with CRM tools and sales technology
. - Strong communication and relationship-building skills
. - The ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
. - A self-motivated mindset with a strong drive to succeed.

- On-Target Earnings (OTE): $105,000 with Base & Bonuses
