Sales Consultant - German Speaker; Part-time & remote

We are looking for a German‑speaking sales professional to join our remote, 100% home‑based team of 70 members spread across 10 countries. The role involves signing up campsites and holiday parks to our website, helping clients complete registration, and supporting existing partners.

The main activity of the role will be to make sales calls from home to sign up campsites and holiday parks, facilitating bookings via our website and helping clients complete the registration process.

• Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and support relationships with key supplier decision makers.
• Discover and follow up new accommodation opportunities.
• Promote product internally and provide recommendations as required.
• Monitor and analyse results, ensuring client inventory is adequate and allocation levels meet company requirements.

• Proven track record of conducting new business development including B2B cold‑calling.
• Self‑motivated to make 50‑100 calls per shift, while following up emails and client communications.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Organised and methodical approach.
• Willingness to be a ‘jack‑of‑all‑trades’ to support a fast‑growing start‑up.
• At least two years’ experience in a related field.
• Own an appropriate computer and internet connection.
• Internet savvy with good technical skills and ability to troubleshoot independently.
• Desire to contribute to establishing  as a modern, creative brand.
• General administrative skills and experience within a customer‑facing sector.
• Excellent communication skills and phone manner.
• Sociable, driven and “switched on.”

• £16‑18 (€18‑20) hourly rate plus commission per campsite and an uncapped “superbonus.”

Dedicated 20‑25 hours per week, flexible to accommodate personal commitments. Permanent full‑time role may be offered to the right candidate. Travel is optional and may be required on occasion.
