The Sales function is a core driver of growth at NIQ Brandbank, responsible for acquiring new customers, expanding existing partnerships, and maximizing revenue across Brandbank and/or Etilize solutions.
The Sales team is a key, customer‑facing organization focused on building strong commercial relationships, understanding customer needs, and positioning our solutions to deliver measurable business value.
This is a commission‑based selling role that offers a base compensation in addition to a sales‑based incentive tied to annual revenue generation vs. target.
This is a remote position for anyone currently living in the Unites States.
Job DescriptionManage a portfolio of SMB and enterprise manufactures, retailers, and distributors, both clients and prospects. Grow existing business to meet quotas and optimize customer engagement. Onboard new clients to meet quotas while ensuring division’s NPS score goals are met or exceeded. Own the end‑to‑end sales cycle—from prospecting through negotiation and closing, while driving revenue growth and ensuring customer value alignment.
Role Responsibilities
- Own revenue outcomes for assigned accounts and prospects including new business, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Conduct strategic business reviews and sales presentations; align with customer goals, solutions, and commercial timelines.
- Lead the full sales cycle, including discovery, requirements gathering, product demos, proposal development, and contract negotiation.
- Partner with CSMs and technical teams to ensure smooth handover and rapid time‑to‑value after deal closure.
- Ensure continued client satisfaction as measured by NPS scores and revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and activity reporting within Salesforce.
- Identify risks or non‑renewal signals early and collaborate with CSM’s, Product, and Management to protect revenue.
- Stay informed on product updates, taxonomy improvements, and automation initiatives to strengthen sales positioning. Be able to present and sell entire division portfolio.
- Be a company evangelist and able to present high‑level company solutions and goals. Manage escalations professionally and deliver clear, executive‑ready communication as required.
- Ability to listen to and interpret client requirements and translate to solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or commercial account management experience.
- Solid understanding of ecommerce and how content enables ecommerce.
- Consistent achievement of sales KPIs, including quota attainment and pipeline performance.
- Experience in working with a diverse global team.
- Proven ability to develop scalable approaches client requirement.
- Demonstrated YoY revenue growth and positive customer sentiment trends.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Salesforce (CRMs), MS Office tools, client search tools (Zoom, Sales Navigator).

Additional InformationThis role has a market‑competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $62500 - $100,000. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales‑based incentive or performance‑based bonus.
