Position: Territory Sales Manager (Midwest)

Territory Sales Manager (Midwest and Southeast Region) Job Summary

The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales growth of Bedrock Truck Beds across a multi‑state region including Kentucky, Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Ohio, West Virginia, Virginia, and North Carolina. The Territory Sales Manager will build strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and execute strategic sales plans to maximize territory performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company goals
  • Manage and grow relationships with distributors and key accounts
  • Travel extensively (up to 80%) to maintain face‑to‑face engagement
  • Analyze market trends and identify new growth opportunities
  • Plan efficient travel routes to maximize territory coverage
  • Support trade shows, events, and marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate reports, forecasts, and CRM updates
  • Manage territory budgets and expenses responsibly
  • Collaborate with internal teams and manufacturer representatives
  • Make sound business decisions that align with company objectives
  • All other duties as assigned by management

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience
  • Must reside within assigned territory region
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of driving and traveling
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting

This is a field‑based role with extensive travel and a home office setup.
