• Play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our products across Germany
• Take ownership of a designated sales area within Germany, developing and implementing strategic plans to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration
• Actively engage with retail partners, distributors, and other stakeholders to drive product sales and meet revenue targets
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product portfolio (car seats, strollers, furniture), effectively communicating product features, benefits, and specifications to customers
• Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and clients, serving as a trusted advisor, addressing their needs and providing exceptional customer service
• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics, providing valuable insights and feedback to improve performance
• Thrive in a fast‑paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and overcoming challenges with resilience and determination

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within the consumer goods industry and preferably with child safety products, strollers or furniture
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment, meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting relationships
• Self‑motivated and results‑oriented, with a passion for driving business growth
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Fluency in German & at least B1 level in English
