Job Overview
The Regional Vice President (Partner Programs) is a business development role working directly with our custodial partners, prospective clients, and WEG advisors in an assigned territory. The primary goal is to close and successfully transition clients to a WEG Advisor. This role offers an excellent growth opportunity with a high‑performing team, a remote work environment, and a focused territory of central/northern New Jersey.
Candidates should reside within the territory.
The expected pay range, in the first year, is $225,000 – $250,000 annually. This range includes a base salary and variable compensation and is determined by national survey data, tenure, performance, and geographic location. Actual compensation may vary based on qualifications, skills, credentials, experience, productivity, and sales performance.
Responsibilities- Manage relationships with Schwab and Fidelity Financial Consultants and Branch Managers.
- Participate in sponsored events, branch meetings, client events, and other outreach.
- Educate on WEG’s resources, value proposition, solutions, and services.
- Conduct regular presentations on WEG’s capabilities.
- Educate and communicate various investment strategies and solutions.
- Source and close prospects.
- Educate custodial clients on the WEG financial planning process.
- Profile and understand prospective client needs.
- Engage and communicate prospective client needs to WEG advisors.
- Partner, educate, and work with WEG FAs across the country.
- Participate in Wealth Enhancement trainings, educational events, coaching programs, and be proficient in advisor/client‑facing technology.
- Adhere to Wealth Enhancement’s Corporate Communication Strategy and maintain good compliance standing.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Series 65 or qualifying designation such as CFP or CFA.
- 5+ years of experience with sales in the wealth management industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, listening, and analytical skills.
- Advanced designation preferred.
- Ability to travel within the territory.
- Must have a clean U4 with no disclosures.
