This is a fully remote position.

We’re currently seeking experienced Medicare Advantage Sales Agents with a strong background in Hospital Indemnity (Hospital Indemnities) and senior products.

This is a high‑volume inbound sales role — no cold calling, no chasing leads. Our in‑house marketing team provides a steady flow of qualified prospects ready to enroll.

• Handle 100% inbound calls from pre‑qualified seniors

• Sell Medicare Advantage plans and Hospital Indemnity products

• Educate clients on coverage options and guide them through enrollment

• Maintain compliance while closing deals efficiently

• Meet and exceed weekly sales targets

• $20/hour base pay (based on experience)

• High, performance‑based commissions

• Top agents consistently earn $2,000–$3,000+ per week
• $50 bonus per closed deal

• Inbound calls only — no cold calling ever

• Full‑time schedule:
  Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM EST (occasional Saturdays)

• 1‑hour lunch break

• 100% Remote – work from anywhere in the U.S.

• Experience with Medicare Advantage is required

• Strong experience selling Hospital Indemnity plans is required

• Proven closer with strong communication skills
