- 8+ years of quota‑carrying sales experience, with a proven track record in complex enterprise or public sector environments
- Experience leading large, complex, multi‑threaded sales cycles involving executive stakeholders
- Proven ability to close high‑value, multi‑year deals within large organizations
- Strong understanding of organizational transformation in legacy environments through technology adoption
- Familiarity with public sector sales cycles, including budget cycles and RFPs
- Experience selling complex, multi‑product solutions and translating technical capabilities into business outcomes
- Proven ability to build and maintain executive‑level relationships as a trusted advisor
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar) to drive pipeline strategy and forecasting accuracy
