Brady Corporation is seeking a dynamic Territory Manager to join our Engraving Solutions business, which sells through our Brady and Gravotech brands. This is a high impact position requiring a proven track record in capital equipment sales and a passion for technical solutions to cultivate and grow long‑term relationships with industrial manufacturing customers and channel partners within the West Coast region.
We are looking for a strategic sales professional who thrives on independence and is energized by face‑to‑face customer engagement. As the primary driving force behind our West Coast growth, this role will strategically engage with key decision‑makers to capture market share and foster long‑term loyalty.
This is a remote position based in the West Coast region (CA, NV, UT, AZ, etc.).
What You’ll Be Doing:- Develop and execute an annual sales plan targeting both existing accounts and high‑potential new business to maximize regional volume.
- Perform high‑impact product demonstrations and face‑to‑face consultations to solve customer needs.
- Continuously prospect for new opportunities within the industrial manufacturing market, focusing on signage, graphics, and personalization applications.
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders and vendor partners.
- Represent the brand at virtual and in‑person conferences, national sales meetings and trade shows.
- Regularly visit customer facilities to interact directly to maintain relationships and brand presence.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Sciences, or related field.
- Minimum five years’ experience selling capital equipment; experience in industrial sales is highly preferred.
- Thorough understanding of the manufacturing industry.
- Exceptional communication and relationship building abilities are essential.
- Ability to effectively allocate time and resources while working remotely.
- This role requires extensive travel, estimated at 75%, including frequent overnight stays. Valid driver’s license required.
Compensation: $70,000–115,000 annually. Position is commission eligible.
