Position: Sales Executive Remote  Cannabis/Tobacco SALES experience REQUIRED

BRH International inc. is an industry leader in legal herb smoking products including manufacturing of pre-rolled cones, glass, and accessories. BRH International inc delivers a host of business solutions for the premier brands in the legal Cannabis industry. BRH Internatinal inc owns brands such as Hemper, Goody Glass, Kryo Smoke, etc..

We are looking for a competent Sales Representative to find business opportunities and manage customer relationships. You’ll be directly responsible for the preservation and expansion of our customer base. The ideal candidate will have talent in sales and experience in customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional able to achieve balance between customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

The goal is to find opportunities and turn them in long-term profitable relationships based on trust and mutual satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Hit monthly revenue targets for new and existing clients
  • Develop strong relationships with decision makers within accounts
  • Track daily activities via CRM (cold calls, emails, meetings)
  • Be highly motivated and able to work independently
  • Maintain product knowledge and communicate this effectively and clearly to existing and potential clients
  • Negotiate and close deals while overcoming objections
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, collaborative environment
Skills and Requirements
  • Three years of B to B selling experience
  • Ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Self-driven and organized
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines with a changing workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to communicate clearly and accurately
  • Ability to initiate and follow through on work independently
  • Professional demeanor, strong work ethic
  • Eager to learn and enthusiastic
  • Excellent verbal, written and negotiation skills
