Work TypeFull‑time Hybrid – Must reside in the territory and travel 2‑5 days per week.
CompensationThe base draw range is $45,000–$55,000 annually, plus performance‑based incentives. Salary is adjusted for education, experience, location, internal equity, and market alignment.
Location Details- Hybrid environment between home office, school, community, and event locations.
- Tik‑territory sales – requires residence within the area to manage local client relationships and maximize opportunities.
Hours vary based on customer needs. Evenings and weekends may be required.
Travel RequirementPrimarily local travel to schools and organizations within the territory (2‑5+ days per week). Occasional out‑of‑area or overnight travel may be expected.
Responsibilities- Provide best‑in‑class consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory.
- Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
- Actively develop and qualify leads through cold‑calling and lead generation campaigns.
- Demonstrate resilience in handling rejection and persistence in turning challenges into opportunities.
- Navigate the company’s CRM to support prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
- Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
- Utilize data‑driven business intelligence on prospects to identify new trends and opportunities.
- Manage account lists and travel within the assigned territory.
- High level of self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks, projects, and responsibilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and mult‑tasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for interacting with clients and internal teams.
- Strong time‑management skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and CRM.
- Ability to maintain a distraction‑free home office environment.
- 3+ years of business‑to‑business (B2B) outside sales experience, preferably in sporting goods, or a coaching/sports‑related background.
- Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable vehicle.
